Hannie brings a wealth of real-world experience to By Numbers. After running her own business for many years, life took an unexpected turn in 2007 — and in 2017, she found her way to By Numbers. It turned out to be one of the most positive changes of her life.

Since joining the team, Hannie has grown continuously — transitioning from manual bookkeeping and tax processes to working with advanced systems like Xero, and broadening her expertise across multiple sectors along the way.

She may joke about being one of the more experienced members of the team, but Hannie’s dedication, warmth, and love for her work are what truly define her. Even without a traditional office, she feels deeply motivated and supported — by the work, and by the people she does it with.
