Simon is our trusted legal partner, facilitating all legal enquiries on behalf of By Numbers clients.

He has a BSc from Wits and an LLB from UNISA and has been practising since 1995, both in the UK and in South Africa. After a twelve-year stint in the UK he returned to South Africa in 2007 to join ENS Africa in Johannesburg and now works independently.

Simon’s philosophy is one of simplicity and clarity, and he aims for turn-around times in under 48 hours. He can provide assistance with any commercial matters, including business start-ups, M&A, shareholders agreements and other commercial contracts, and can assist with dispute resolution if things go wrong.
